Phoenix SSA provides CFO advisory, diagnostic sprints, monthly intelligence, and implementation services to agencies, media businesses, consultancies, and MarTech firms. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual engagement letters.

Engagements
All paid engagements are governed by a signed engagement letter that defines scope, fees, deliverables, liability, and termination terms. No work begins without a signed engagement letter. Fees are invoiced after delivery or on the agreed billing cycle.
Liability
Liability is limited as specified in the applicable engagement letter. In the absence of an engagement letter, liability is limited to the total fees paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Warsaw, Poland, or through ICC arbitration as specified in the engagement letter.
